On March 20th, 2016, 7-year-old Hollis Doherty began to suffer from debilitating headaches which resulted in troubling symptoms. He was officially admitted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital a week later, and on March 28th, Hollis was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a highly aggressive and difficult to treat brain tumor found at the base of his brain. While there was no cure for DIPG, we knew Hollis and his family were committed to living life to the fullest, or in Hollis’ words, having the #MostBestDays. And he did, all the way up until he was accompanied by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, into heaven on January 2nd, 2017. Hollis is forever in our hearts, thoughts and prayers, and we are infinitely committed to helping research, and eventually find a cure, for the many beautiful children suffering from DIPG. And so can YOU.

We would like to invite you to the HOPE Through Hollis Golf & Family Event on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Longbow Golf Club. This tournament is organized to help raise money for DIPG research, in a partnership with Phoenix’s Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen).
